FACC and EHang are developing an autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that offers a new, efficient and environmentally friendly form of mobility. Air taxis will help to solve the traffic problems of large cities by using airspace as a "third dimension". In addition to sustainable electric mobility, the focus is on the affordability for consumers through new technologies and state-of-the-art manufacturing. 

Air taxis are expected to help solve traffic problems in cities by using airspace as a "third dimension". Newly developed, environmentally friendly electric drives, high-performance batteries with short charging times, minimal space requirements for take-off & landing areas, fast computers & big data create the necessary conditions for tackling urban air mobility concepts within and between cities.
