Maya Pindeus, wants to revolutionize human-machine interaction. With a passion for innovation and a deep-rooted curiosity, Maya's journey weaves through diverse disciplines – from a childhood surrounded by culture and arts, through architecture studies at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, to creating a make-up robot that sparked her fascination for robotics.
In 2016/2017, while the world was captivated by AI and self-driving cars, Maya and her team spotted a missing piece – no one was considering the human element. This realization was the beginning of the vision of Humanising Autonomy – a computer vision company that is revolutionizing the way autonomous systems interact with people. In a world where machines are becoming more and more intelligent, the startup focuses on understanding and predicting human behaviour. The goal is clear – to create safer and more efficient environments, and a technology for people, built around people.
