AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA is the Austrian economy's central Internationalisation and Innovation Agency. With around 100 locations in more than 70 countries, we support companies in succeeding globally and entering new markets.

Through 66 Austrian Trade Commissions and 31 Austrian Trade Offices, we provide a strong international network.

Around 700 employees from 80 nations, speaking a total of 70 native languages, support companies worldwide, exactly where they need assistance. For more than 80 years, we have been supporting Austrian companies on their journey into international markets.

We support around 64,000 exporters and conduct more than 52,000 consultations each year. Through the AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT weekly, we keep approximately 40,000 recipients informed about global developments and business opportunities every week.

Our work creates valuable connections, with more than 323,000 contacts worldwide and targeted networking between Austrian companies and international business partners.

Through approximately 890 events in Austria and abroad each year, as well as numerous webinars, we create platforms for exchange, knowledge transfer and new business opportunities.

Abroad, we support 2,500 Austrian subsidiaries.

To communicate effectively both in Austria and internationally, AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA operates the portals wko.at/aussenwirtschaft and advantageaustria.org, featuring around 200 country pages in 28 languages. We also provide information worldwide through LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube und Instagram.
