Are digital natives automatically the sought-after specialists of tomorrow just because they grow up in a digitalised world? A better question is: how can HR developers develop skills to turn native skills into future skills? The three-day "Future Skills Forum" will focus on innovative HR development, career guidance and training in the digitalised world of work. It will show which paths to take for continuous talent and career management so that no talent remains unutilised. Experts from science and practice will report on their experiences. They will show approaches on how the modern image of lifelong talent and career management can be shaped to meet the skill demands of the future. The conference is therefore aimed at trainers, teachers, psychologists, coaches, people developers and HR experts.
